About Donna & Empowerment

Donna uses her many years of study and experience as a vocalist, voice teacher, exercise and fitness instructor, dancer, massage therapist and rebirther, along with spiritual gifts and practices to bring together a system of holistic self-empowerment classes and private sessions.

In these sessions, Donna helps you to relax, reduce stress and restore your natural sense of balance and peace of mind, allowing something larger than yourself (God, the Universe, Universal Energy, Creator, Source, Grandfather or whatever Name you use) to flow and move through you - helping you to heal, strengthen and grow on all levels of your Being (spiritual, mental, emotional, physical) ---- from within.
